Thomas “Eichi” Eichstädt, coaches the FC Pio soccer team in Eastern Germany. Many of the young players, like the 17-year old Asad and Thomas from Sierra Leone, have fled their home countries and are struggling with finding a job and acceptance. For many, Eichi is a father figure, but he looks back on a dark time as a right-wing extremist.
